About OCUL

OCUL is a collective of Ontario academic libraries that advances research, teaching and learning through innovative and equitable library services.

We collaborate to develop and deliver consortial e-resource purchasing and licensing, resource sharing and digital preservation services, and technology infrastructure to help build capacity across member libraries.

OCUL Council

OCUL is governed by the Council made up of the library directors of the institutional members of the Council of Ontario Universities. The OCUL Council is supported by an Executive Committee that consists of five officers elected from among the directors.
