About OCUL

OCUL is a collective of Ontario academic libraries that advances research, teaching and learning through innovative and equitable library services.

We collaborate to develop and deliver consortial e-resource purchasing and licensing, resource sharing and digital preservation services, and technology infrastructure to help build capacity across member libraries.

OCUL Council

OCUL is governed by the 21 library directors of the institutional and associate members of the Council of Ontario Universities. OCUL is supported by the Executive Committee which consists of five officers elected from among the OCUL Directors.
