About Scholars Portal
Scholars Portal is a service of the Ontario Council of University Libraries. Founded in 2002, Scholars Portal provides a shared technology infrastructure and shared collections for all university libraries in the province.
About OCUL
OCUL is a consortium of Ontario university libraries. Working together,Ā OCUL members collaborate to enhance research supports and create rich learning environments for Ontario's diverse and growing university population.
