Converting a rota assignment rule to digital only

If you have a situation where you need to fully disable an automatic rota, there is a simple configuration step to do so.

Note that when you disable a rota assignment rule, it will apply to all rota listed within that rule.

1. Log into Alma
2. Go to the gear bottom left (Configuration)
3. Ensure your institution scope (YOUR UNIVERSITY) is shown in the CONFIGURING dropdown at the top of the screen
4. Go to Fulfillment > Resource Sharing > Rota Assignment Rules
5. Look for your the rule you wish to convert and edit it using the '...' and selecting 'Edit'
   1. Under "Input Parameters", choose "Add Parameter"
   2. Set it to: Requested Format EQUALS DIGITAL
   3. Click "Add Parameter"
   4. Click "Save"
6. Ensure that the rule is enabled.
