Pause AFN participation for an insitution

My entire institution’s library system is going to close and won’t be able to accept incoming AFN materials for our patrons, nor will we be able to fulfill incoming AFN requests from other Omni partners. What should we do to disable participation in the AFN temporarily? Basically, my institution needs to pause our work in the AFN entirely.
There are two steps to entirely pause all AFN requesting and lending: you’ll have to hide the PHYSICAL RESOURCE SHARING REQUEST FORM (this will prevent your local patrons from requesting AFN items) , and you’ll have to have to notify us in the NETWORK ZONE to disable you as a RESOURCE SHARING PARTNER (this will prevent requests from trickling in from other Omni partners)
Our institution has multiple libraries, and one of them is closing for a period. How do we ensure that materials in this library are not requestable via the AFN?
The short answer is: the same way you’ll stop your own patrons from placing holds on these items: Fulfillment unit rules and TOUs. This will be rather institution specific, but essentially, if you have a FULFILLMENT UNIT for the location, you’ll want to configure it such that requests/loans are no longer permitted for all user groups.
