- CAUTION: Controls the behaviour of the Automatic Renewal job (Notifications - Send Courtesy Notices and Handle Loan Renewals). The Omni policy is to not enable automatic renewals, and this job doesn’t do that (this is set in a TOU). Changing the value updates the value of the Handle loans drop-down list on the Fulfillment Jobs Configuration page and vice versa. IF YOU HAVE your courtesy notices and other overdue and lost loan profiles disabled, you should be careful changing this setting as it may cause existing overdue items to be declared lost.
- Set the value to DD_WITHIN_RANGE_ONCE (case sensitive)
- should_anonymize_requests_immediately_when_complete
- Set the value to true (case sensitive)
- uresolver_remote_register
- Set the value to None (case sensitive)
- Click SAVE in the upper right
- Go back and double check that all these settings were saved (we’ve seen instances where some of the settings did not save properly)
